Join us at Dreso and let’s create a world we want to live in.\n The Project Manager - International Digital Projects is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex Digital and IT projects across multiple countries, business units and external partners.\nThe role requires strong project ownership, stakeholder management and the ability to drive successful delivery in an international and cross-functional environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nTake end-to-end ownership of international Digital and IT projects from initiation through delivery and closure\nLead and coordinate project estimation and planning activities\nDefine and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables\nLead cross-functional and international project teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior management, across different cultures and business functions\nEstablish effective project governance and provide transparent reporting on progress, financials, risks and decisions\nProactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes and drive them to resolution\nManage project financials and resource requirements, including forecasting and capacity constraints\nManage external vendors and implementation partners and ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines and responsibilities\nCoordinate go-live, transition into operations and successful project closure \n Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT or a comparable field\nMinimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally in international Digital or IT projects\nProven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and international stakeholders\nStrong knowledge of project governance, scope, financial, risk, change and resource management\nExperience working with external vendors and implementation partners\nDemonstrated ability to independently structure and drive complex projects with limited supervision\nEnglish proficiency at C1 level or higher is required; Spanish and/or German are an advantage\nPMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or a comparable project management certification is an advantage.\nAttributes\nOwnership: Takes responsibility and drives projects and topics to completion.\nStructured: Creates clarity and transparency in complex environments.\nProactive & pragmatic: Identifies challenges early and focuses on effective solutions.\nCommunicative & collaborative: Works confidently across teams, cultures and management levels.\n Results-driven: Maintains a strong focus on delivery, quality and business value.\n To ensure your work-life balance, we offer the option of mobile working\nWe promote your professional and personal development through individual training and further education at the Drees & Sommer Academy\nWe support your health with a bonus for sports enthusiasts.
