Learn more at www.dremio.com.\nAbout the Role\nAs Senior PM for Cloud Platform Infrastructure at SAP Dremio, you will own the strategy and roadmap for the foundational systems that power SAP Dremio Cloud services - including the control and data planes, networking and regional infrastructure, and service metrics and reliability. Your vision is to make SAP Dremio a platform that enterprises trust completely: always available, continuously optimised, and effortless to operate at any scale, in any region. Customers should never have to think about performance, management or infrastructure - it should just work, and work well.\nYou will raise the bar on what enterprise-grade means: from how customers access their data, to how the platform self-optimises under the hood, to how confidently organisations can expand into new regions and deployment models. The best version of this platform is invisible to customers in the best possible way - secure by default, fast without configuration, and compliant without friction.\nThis role requires strong technical depth, independent judgment, and the ability to engage credibly in technical discussions across engineering, cloud operations, and security - driving alignment and outcomes without needing to own the architecture itself.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nOwn the product strategy and roadmap across cloud platform service infrastructure and service reliability, balancing long-term platform integrity with pragmatic delivery.\nDefine and drive the vision for regional infrastructure and expansion - making SAP Dremio available, performant, and cost-efficient wherever customers need it, through repeatable and policy-driven deployment models.\nLead internal infrastructure observability and reliability strategy - defining the metrics, logs, traces, SLOs, and alerting that surface meaningful health signals to internal teams and customers.\nDrive operational capabilities that allow the platform to scale sustainably - including provisioning, upgrades, capacity planning, self-healing behaviour, and cost optimisation.\nDefine the operational model for private and sovereign service deployments, ensuring consistency, supportability, and scalability across deployment types.\nUse telemetry, reliability data, and customer signals to identify gaps, validate improvements, and continuously raise the bar on platform quality.\nCollaborate closely with UX Design, Engineering, Cloud Ops, Security, Finance, and RevOps to ensure platform capabilities are operable, secure, and commercially aligned.\nOwn documentation of all product requirements, deliverables, and user enablement content.\nDrive clear communication across engineering and support teams to ensure product-related issues transition smoothly through defined channels.\nWhat We're Looking For\n5-8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or distributed systems environments.\nHands-on experience building or scaling a control and data plane services, with a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, networking models, and distributed systems.\nExperience working closely with engineering teams on highly technical initiatives.\nAbility to independently engage in technical conversations and influence senior engineering stakeholders.\nExperience using telemetry and reliability metrics to inform product decisions.\nGeneral understanding of enterprise identity, access management, and governance models.\nSoft Skills & Culture Fit\nSelf-motivated and proactive, comfortable operating in ambiguity.\nTechnically confident with strong structured thinking and sound decision-making ability.\nClear and concise communicator capable of bridging technical and business audiences.\nThrives in a hyper-growth environment where priorities evolve and ownership is essential.\nStrong ownership mindset with high accountability and a bias toward action.\nBonus Points\nBackground in distributed systems, infrastructure engineering, or DevOps.\nFamiliarity with Kubernetes-based systems.\nExperience with global or multi-region cloud and distributed system deployments.\nFamiliarity with enterprise security, governance, and compliance frameworks.\nExposure to sovereign or private cloud deployment models.\nComfortable using AI tools for prototyping, rapid iteration, and accelerated product delivery.\nWhat we value \nAt Dremio, we hold ourselves to high standards when it comes to People, Thinking, and Action.
