This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of manufacturing techniques, tools, and equipment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProcess Development: Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products to improve efficiency and quality.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the manufacturing process and lead continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.\nProduction Support: Provide day-to-day support to the production team, troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.\nQuality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure products meet or exceed quality standards, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions when necessary.\nCost Reduction: Analyze manufacturing costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising product quality or performance.\nEquipment Management: Evaluate, specify, and procure new manufacturing equipment and tools.
