We use social media, content, performance marketing, websites, and CRMs to drive demand and growth.\nMission\nTo shape culture and influence consumer purchasing habits at scale.\nVision\nBy December 2029, Dreww aims to maintain long-term growth partnerships with 50 active clients, each relying on Dreww to drive measurable revenue through digital channels, while establishing a presence in New York City to support expansion into the U.S. market and beyond.\nRole & Responsibilities\nThe Creative Scriptwriter, Social Media develops original content concepts and writes scripts for short-form videos across Dreww’s Always-On social media mandates.\nIn this role, you will work with Strategists and Specialists to turn content strategies, creative briefs, brand objectives, and audience insights into ideas people want to watch. You will write for different brands in both French and English, finding the right angle, hook, and story for each audience and platform.\nThis is a concept development and writing role. You will collaborate with the teams responsible for client relationships and production, with a focus on creating strong ideas and scripts that can be brought to life.\nAs a Creative Scriptwriter, Social Media at Dreww, you will:\nDevelop original concepts and scripts for short-form videos across multiple client mandates.\nTurn brand messages, products, services, and audience insights into compelling creative angles.\nWrite hooks, dialogue, voiceovers, and on-screen copy in French and English.\nAdapt your ideas and writing to each brand’s voice, audience, and platform.\nDevelop recurring formats and content series when they support a brand’s strategy.\nResearch brands, industries, audiences, and subject matter to make concepts relevant and accurate.\nStay current on social media culture, trends, and formats, and identify opportunities relevant to client work.\nCollaborate with Strategists and Specialists during ideation and refine concepts and scripts based on feedback.\nWrite concepts and scripts clearly enough for the production team to execute.\nManage priorities and deadlines across several brands and mandates.\nQualifications:\n2-5 years of experience in creative writing, content concept development, scriptwriting, or a related field, including experience creating content for social media or short-form video.\nStrong creative writing and storytelling skills, including an understanding of hooks, structure, pacing, and payoff.\nAbility to turn a brief or brand message into an original idea suited to a specific audience and platform.\nStrong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and the creative conventions of short-form video.\nAbility to write naturally and originally in both French and English, and adapt your tone across brands.\nStrong research skills and the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar products, industries, and audiences.\nAbility to collaborate, receive feedback, and revise concepts and scripts efficiently.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines across multiple mandates.\nRelevant education in advertising, communications, writing, marketing, or a related field is considered an asset. Any relevant combination of education and experience will be considered.\nLanguage Requirement\nAdvanced writing proficiency in French and English is required because this role develops original concepts and scripts for both French- and English-language mandates.
