This is a hands-on execution role that will handle the day-to-day operational aspects of product development. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at process management, and has a passion for healthcare technology. This role is critical to ensuring smooth product delivery and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.\nWhat you will work on\nRequirements Management & Documentation\nWrite detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements based on product manager guidance\nMaintain and organize the product backlog, ensuring all requirements are clearly documented and prioritized\nCreate and update product documentation including feature specifications, user guides, and process documentation\nCollaborate with UX team to ensure requirements align with design specifications\nBacklog Grooming & Sprint Management\nFacilitate backlog grooming sessions with engineering teams to refine user stories and estimate effort\nBreak down large features into manageable development tasks and ensure proper story sizing\nCoordinate sprint planning activities and ensure development teams have clear, actionable requirements\nTrack and report on sprint progress, identifying blockers and ensuring timely resolution\nBug Triage & Issue Management\nTriage incoming bug reports and feature requests, categorizing by severity and impact\nWork with QA team to reproduce issues and document detailed bug reports\nPrioritize bug fixes based on customer impact and business priorities\nMaintain issue tracking systems and ensure proper workflow management\nRelease Management & Coordination\nCoordinate release planning activities across development, QA, and operations teams\nManage release documentation including release notes, deployment guides, and rollback procedures\nTrack feature delivery against release timelines and communicate status to stakeholders\nSupport post-release activities including monitoring and issue resolution\nSupport Team Collaboration\nServe as liaison between product team and customer support, providing technical guidance on product features\nAnalyze support tickets to identify product improvement opportunities and recurring issues\nCreate and maintain support documentation and troubleshooting guides\nEscalate critical customer issues to appropriate development teams\nData Analysis & Reporting\nGenerate regular reports on product metrics, release progress, and team performance\nAnalyze user feedback and support data to identify trends and improvement opportunities\nCreate dashboards and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders\nSupport A/B testing and feature validation activities\nQualifications\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field\nExperience:\n1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or similar role\nActive daily use of AI such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or Cursor in your current workflow\nExperience with ePrescribing systems, electronic health records, healthcare technology, or pharmacy systems\nFamiliarity with NCPDP SCRIPT Standard, and claims adjudication processes highly desired\nPrevious experience with agile development methodologies and tools\nTechnical Skills:\nProficiency with project management tools (Jira etc...)\nExperience with documentation tools (Confluence etc...)\nStrong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting\nUnderstanding of software development lifecycle and testing processes\nFamiliarity with AWS ecosystem and cloud-based development workflows preferred\nKnowledge of healthcare ePrescribing and interoperability standards (NCPDP SCRIPT, HL7, FHIR) preferred\nUnderstanding of pharmacy claims processing and adjudication workflows\nAnalytical Skills:\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nAbility to analyze complex requirements and break them into actionable tasks\nExperience with data analysis and creating meaningful reports\nProblem-solving mindset with ability to identify root causes\nCommunication:\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders\nExperience facilitating meetings and presenting to diverse audiences\nStrong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration\nMindset:\nProcess-oriented with focus on execution and delivery\nComfortable working in fast-paced, changing environment\nCustomer-focused with understanding of user needs\nDetail-oriented with commitment to quality\nPhysical Requirements\n90% Desk work\n10% Remote meetings with internal teams and occasional customer calls\n#LI-GF1 #LI-Remote\nBenefits\nCompetitive compensation, with a base salary of $65,000 -
