Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nResponsible for all aspects of AP\nThreewaymatching of invoices, purchase orders and receiving documents\nCoding of invoices\nInteract with outside vendors which includes checking status on statements and making sure invoices are paid on time.\nInteract with internal resources to get approvals and check status ofinvoices\nCutting checks and mailing them out in a timely fashion\nOther duties may be assigned, as needed orrequired\nQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS\n3+ years of accounts payable experience\nIndependent problem solvingskills\nProficiency in MS word andexcel\nDetail oriented and highly organized\nEffective verbal and written communication skills\nPrevious SAP experience and Open text a plus\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY\nNone\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nOffice environment\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, communicate, reach and manipulate objects, tools or controls.
