With a loyal following across various demographics, AriZona pulls its own inspiration from its fierce social media following and devoted fan base.\nSUMMARY/OBJECTIVE\nTo aid in the development of the routes through improved merchandising, better account penetration and improved availability of products distributed through the system.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nExpand distribution of our products in new and existing accounts by performing cooler resets, warm set resets, and by building displays.\nReset schedules will be provided by the Branch Manager on a daily basis.\nPlace POS materials and display racks throughout assigned territories. All pack-outs must include accurate and proper pricing.\nAll resets must be accompanied with a before and after picture.\nAssume other responsibilities and perform special functions as may be assigned by immediate supervisor.\nAssist in the coordination and set up special events in assigned territories.\nReview and identify competitive activity. \nOther duties may be assigned, as needed or required\nQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS\nProven success in merchandising\nAbility to maintain strategic working relationships with distributors and accounts. \nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nDetail oriented, self-starter, multi-tasker\nExcellent analytical and organizational skills\nAbility to adapt quickly and effortlessly with change\nSolid experience in Merchandising\nMust have a valid driver’s license\nBS Degree preferred\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY\nNo direct supports\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nPortable\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk.
