The requirements listed must be representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience and/or ability required.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerform quality function audits on all production lines.\nEnsure products produced conform to specification, food safety, have Good Manufacturing Practices, and adhere to relevant regulatory requirements.\nPerform all microbial sampling and testing for incoming raw materials and finished products.\nAdvise production on out of specification packaging, raw materials and process deviations.\nEnsure all production operations operate to highest quality standards\nBe responsible for plating of samples, analyzing, interpreting and reporting results for all bottling, tanks.\nRecord production information as required.\nEnsure accurate records are kept and maintained of all specifications and test results.\nKeep laboratory equipment maintained and operating efficiency and safely according to all health and safety standards.\nSupport cleanliness and sanitation of Quality Lab, Batching Area, Production lines, Sugar and RO room.\nKeep all work areas clean and orderly.\nAll other duties, as required or needed.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and see.
