AriZona Beverages - makers of the number one ready-to-drink Iced Tea in America - holds a unique position in the global beverage industry with its iconic $0.99 big can and “keeping it real” no frills approach to the consumer market.\nSUMMARY/OBJECTIVE\nThe Warehouse Manager will ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and profitably.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nEnsure all route trucks are loaded and checked properly in the morning prior to drivercheckout.\nAny discrepanciesidentifiedand addressed, such as short product or wrong product and damaged product. Also confirm that all cases are vertically stacked and accessible for all drivers on the route.\nNote and report all issues so this could be rectified in the future.\nMaintains inventory by conducting daily physical counts,reconciles,variances, and inputs data.\nAssist Shop Arizona team with the shipping and receiving needs.\nUnload any products that arrive during the day and confirm accuracy with the BOL\nand sign onceagreed towith the driver.\nLoad customers trucks and match theinvoice and BOLand sign onceagreed towith the driver.\nNotify the company personnel ifthe productis available in the warehouse for pickup.\nCoordinate donations product, pos or coolers are loaded & delivered on house truck\nTrack times of truck departures/arrivals & miles on trucks \nReport routes that was not loaded onto a truck \nKeep the warehouseclean;pallets organized and separated. \nQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS\nMust be CDL & Forklift Certified \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.\nThorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.\nThorough understanding of applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY\nYes\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nPortable\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nMust be able to traverse and access all areas of the warehouse.
