We champion these efforts through partnerships, education, and events to support and celebrate our diverse workforce and networks.\nIf you require assistance or accommodation to participate in the job application process, please contact .\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThe Brewer Trainee is responsible for brewing high quality teas and beverages with strict adherence to Milo’s standards of quality and safety as scheduled.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nComplete pre-shift brew set-up process and ensure machines are ready for operation.\nImmediately report machine or product deficiencies to appropriate personnel.\nPerform brew rinse procedures and properly reassemble piping as required.\nManage bottle cut procedures and communicate with assigned areas of production.\nEnsure beverages are brewed with strict adherence to scheduled run times.\nDisassemble and assemble piping to route brewed tea to the correct storage tank.\nRoutinely monitor temperature and pressure gauges.\nBrew beverages that meet all ingredient specifications, quality standards and health requirements.\nPerform CIP procedures for all tanks and piping post production run.\nEnsure finished products are routed to the appropriate filling tanks.\nMaintain current HAACP charts and required brew paperwork.\nMust be able to work rotating shifts, overtime and weekends as required.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nUphold and participate in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities.\nInvest in and is an example of Milo’s Responsibility commitment which includes environmental, social, and corporate governance components.\nThis position has responsibilities related to Food Safety and Quality.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nHave either a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nAbility to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and basic mathematical functions.\nAbility to lift, carry and move items up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to stand, kneel and bend for an extended period of time\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, reach with hands and arms, see, talk and hear. The employee is required to stand, walk, stoop or kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and to wet and/or humid conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
