We champion these efforts through partnerships, education, and events to support and celebrate our diverse workforce and networks.\nIf you require assistance or accommodation to participate in the job application process, please contact .\nResponsibilities:\nActs as a financial business partner to an assigned business area, department, or function.\nReviews and analyzes monthly financial performance against plan, forecast, and prior-year results.\nSupports preparation of the annual financial plan and quarterly forecasts for the assigned area.\nPerforms budgeting and forecasting variance analysis for various levels of management.\nTracks and analyzes cost center spending and headcount against budget for the assigned area.\nDevelops and maintains financial models, including scenario and what-if analysis.\nAssists in developing business cases for new products, customers, or initiatives.\nAnalyzes and reports on profitability and margin trends for the assigned area.\nPrepares ad hoc financial analysis for the assigned business area.\nDevelops models and materials for monthly financial reviews and executive presentations.\nAssists with Board of Directors presentations and related ad hoc analysis.\nRecommends improvements to financial reporting, planning, and analytical tools.\nPartners with cross-functional stakeholders on financial plans and initiatives.\nUphold and lead participation in Corporate Responsibility initiatives, including Zero Waste and sustainability, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.\nThis position has food safety responsibilities.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.\n3-5 years of total experience, including 2 or more years in a relevant functional area; or 2-4 years of experience with an advanced degree.\nProven subject matter expertise in financial planning and analysis.\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nAdvanced experience with enterprise-level accounting software and Office 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.\nExperience with ERP and financial planning systems, Power BI, or related data visualization tools strongly preferred.\nSupervisory: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.\nPhysical Demands:\nThis job is sedentary.
