We champion these efforts through partnerships, education, and events to support and celebrate our diverse workforce and networks.\nIf you require assistance or accommodation to participate in the job application process, please contact .\nPosition Summary\nThe Production Scheduler is responsible for planning, scheduling, organizing, and controlling daily production orders to meet customer commitments within and between departments.\n Ownership\nPlan production schedules to meet production and sales goals.\n\nAnalyze sales forecasts and trends with an understanding of production line capacity.\n\nUtilize ERP system to create production work orders and develop master schedule.\n\nCoordinate daily with replenishment team to anticipate sales adjustments/trends.\n\nMonitor plant capabilities (human and machine) to ensure adequate resources.\n\nDevelop planning models for analysis of plant/segment and utilization that provide cost effective solutions while maintaining high levels of customer service.\n\nMonitor inventory of finished goods SKU to maintain inventory safety stock levels.\n\nPrepare daily and weekly Operations Summary report.\n\nMonitor daily activities of operations and update the schedule accordingly.\n\nAccurately reflect the FPS daily using the ERP computer program.\n\nEffectively communicate schedule changes to all Operations Departments.\n\nInvestigate/troubleshoot inventory issues and work with other groups as needed to determine solutions.
