We champion these efforts through partnerships, education, and events to support and celebrate our diverse workforce and networks.\nIf you require assistance or accommodation to participate in the job application process, please contact .\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThe Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising production employees by implementing policies and recommending improvements for production needs.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nImprove safety processes and behaviors to prevent accidents and injuries.\n\nPlan, schedule and execute production operations and establish priorities.\n\nEnsure process controls are established and adhered to for operational consistency.\n\nMaintain knowledge and understanding of HACCP concepts and plant sanitation.\n\nReview reports and resolve production and maintenance problems to prevent operational delays.\n\nAchieve stated goals for efficiency, waste, and direct costs.\n\nInspect equipment to ensure operational performance and optimal utilization.\n\nDevelop and implement standard operational and working practices.\n\nManage employee performance, discipline, development and compliance with policies and procedures.\n\nPartner with Human Resources to resolve employee relations issues and strengthen employee morale.\n\nCompile, store, and retrieve production data.\n\nWork closely with other departments to achieve organizational goals.\n\nRecommend and implement changes in methods, equipment and systems to assure objectives of production are met.\n\nEstablish line performance standards; measure, take corrective action and report results.\n\nIdentify opportunities for moving the line/area forward in technological change and implement improvement strategies that will help the line/area perform more effectively.\n\nThis position has responsibilities related to Food Safety and Quality.\n\nUphold and participate in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities.\n\nInvest in and is an example of Milo’s Responsibility commitment which includes environmental, social, and corporate governance components.\n\nThis position has supervisory responsibilities.\n\n QUALIFICATIONS\nDegree preferred but not required.
