Some weekend work required.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nEnsure all products are produced per Milo’s quality standards.\nObtain samples for bacteria plating and daily quality checks as needed.\nMonitor compliance with and administer GMP or SQF requirements.\nEnsure Food Safety and Food Quality compliance as directed.\nMaintain all laboratory and testing equipment and perform calibrations per schedule.\nAssist with the receipt of raw ingredients and sample, test and/or review.\nMonitor FIFO and communicate concerns to the QA Manager.\nPerform testing and document weights, volumes, colors, brix, codes, packaging integrity, and other routine testing as required.\nPerform environmental testing of air, water, and bacteria according to schedules.\nPerform additional duties as directed by the QA Manager.\nMust be able to work overtime and weekends as required.\nCollect and prepare samples for shipment as needed.\nUphold and participate in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities.\nInvest in and is an example of Milo’s Responsibility commitment which includes environmental, social, and corporate governance components.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nApplicants must have an Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school minimum.
