We champion these efforts through partnerships, education, and events to support and celebrate our diverse workforce and networks.\nIf you require assistance or accommodation to participate in the job application process, please contact .\nResponsibilities:\nContinuously work to improve Milo’s reporting, planning, and analytical tools through identifying organizational\nServe as the expert on the capabilities and Milo’s implementation of the OneStream Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tool.\nUnderstand and ensure accurate linkage between Milo’s’ systems and software (ERP, IBP, TMS, etc.), Milo’s’ central data repository (Databricks), and Milo’s’ CPM.\nMaintain and enhance data pipelines, models, and reporting tools, and document methodologies and maintain SOPs for recurring analyses\nDevelop, build, and maintain dashboards and automated reports with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to help identify trends, anomalies, and business drivers for cross-functional partners\nAs a key member of the FACT FP&A TEAm, participate in and contribute to the preparation of information sharing to include the monthly Financial Review and quarterly FAR/BOD meetings.\nSupport the accurate and timely preparation of the Annual Financial Plan and quarterly forecasts.\nDevelop and own Milo’s approach to reporting and analyzing Analysis of Change (AOC) and integration into core tools and processes.\nUphold and lead participation in Corporate Responsibility initiatives, including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.\nThis position has food safety responsibilities.\nPerform other duties as assigned. \nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.\n5-7 years of total experience, including 3 or more years in a relevant functional area; or 4-6 years of experience with an advanced degree.\nProven subject matter expertise in financial planning and analysis and data analytics, inclusive of administrative-level experience with OneStream.\nStrong industry knowledge; advanced experience with enterprise-level accounting software and Office 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.\nPower BI or related data visualization experience strongly preferred; strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a process-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.\nExperience mentoring junior team members or leading projects preferred.\nSupervisory: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.\nPhysical Demands: This job is sedentary.
