POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Analyst, IT Support and Network provides frontline technology support at our Texas co-packing facility. This hands-on role is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end-user hardware, network connectivity, and peripheral devices to ensure plant operations run without interruption.
