Provide documentation to customers and DrinkPAK departments.\n\nWork with groups within the organization to obtain up-to-date and accurate documentation supporting ongoing projects. Daily activities could support the new product introduction process, technical customer response, and other documentation.\n\nWork within established processes and procedures to improve the flow of information within DrinkPAK and externally with customers. Assist with the development of these procedures and processes.\n\nWork with Quality leadership team on new product approval and customer requirements\n\nWork independently with various departments, including but not limited to Logistics, Quality, and Operations\n\nAlways ensure the accuracy of data and documentation.\n\nPlease note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without prior notice.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s Degree preferred.\n\nAt least 2 years’ experience working in a Document Control related role is required.\n\nAt least 2 years’ experience in the food industry required.\n\nAt least 4 years’ experience with customers, suppliers, and departments within a related role\n\nBilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred.\n\nExcellent communication skills and a team player with all levels of the organization\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications\n\nDetail oriented\n\nOUR VALUES\nOur company’s culture is guided by our shared values of Speed, Intensity, and Purpose.
