The Controller willpossessa strong technical accounting background for both public and corporate accounting, the ability to lead, mentor and build a team, and will have a proventrack recordwith progressive advancement in their career. \nThis position will ensurea timelyandaccuratemonth-end close process which includes financial reporting and analysis, general ledgerreconciliationsand supporting documents to prepare for the year-end audit. As part of this commitment, we offer:\n100% PPO medical, dental, and vision insurance for our employees, 100% for their dependents, paid by the Company\n\nA cell phone stipend\n\n401(k) match program, pet insurance, life insurance, and more\n\nLOCATION: The position is based at DrinkPAK’s Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.\nTYPE: Full Time; Salaried / Exempt\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nPrepare and oversee financial statements, including, but not limited to, income statements, balance sheets, and trend analysis’.\n\nEnsure compliance with GAAP, industry-specific financial regulations, and external party reporting requirements, including ASC 842 and 606.\n\nLead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes for thePennsylvanialocation.\n\nWork closelywith operations, supply chain, and production teams totrackplant activitieson a daily basisandreflectall relatedfinancialand accountingimplicationsinan accurateandtimelymanner.\n\nProvide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making in a sufficient andtimelymanner.\n\nImplement andmaintainstrong internal controls to safeguard company assets.\n\nSupervise and develop accounting staff, including providing strategic direction for the accounting function and ensuring the team followsappropriate accountingstandards and processes.\n\nSupport ERP system improvements and financial system enhancements.\n\nContinueto improve processes, standard operatingproceduresand areas of risk mitigation.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting(CPAstronglypreferred).\n\nAt least10+years of accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least5yearsinleadership roles.\n\nAdvancedproficiencyin ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar; implementation experiencea plus).\n\nAdvancedknowledge of Excel and financial modeling.\n\nStrong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting in manufacturing.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nRobust attention to detail and organizational skills witha high levelof integrity and professionalism.\n\nStrong leadership and communication skills.\n\nAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive financial discipline.\n\nOUR VALUES\nOur company’s culture is guided by our shared values of Speed, Intensity, and Purpose.
