As part of this commitment, we offer:\n100% PPO medical, dental, and vision insurance for our employees, 50%for their dependents,paid by the Company\n\nA cell phone stipend\n\n401(k) match program, pet insurance, life insurance, and more\n\nLOCATION: The position is based at DrinkPAK’s Texas Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth, Texas.\nType: Full-time, Regular.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nMaintain and operatethe facility recycling equipment.\n\nCollect trash and recycling from the plant for disposal using a forklift.\n\nComplete daily assigned checklist items pertaining tofacility upkeep and recycling programs.\n\nDocuments actions by logging movements of supplies, materials, and goods\n\nMaintains safe work environment by watching out for pedestrian traffic; following standards and procedures; complying withsafety / legal regulations.\n\nKeeps forklift operatingby following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintainingsupplies; performing preventative maintenance; calling for repairs\n\nUpdate job knowledge by participatingin educational opportunities and job shadowing.\n\nInteract and maintainpositive relationships with all levels of leadership.\n\nAccomplish special projects and other assignments/duties as required by management.\n\nCompliant with all safety rules and regulations, GMP’s, and all DrinkPAK’spolicies and procedures.\n\nEstablish and maintainhigh standardsfor quality, housekeeping, and productivityinside and outside of the plant.\n\nRegular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.\n\nPlease note this job description is not designed to containa comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required ofthe employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without prior notice.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n\nAtleast 3 years of experience in Field or similar manufacturing / warehouse environment; Atleast 3 years preferred in Forklift position\n\nForklift Certification required; must be able to successfully pass Forklift Certification by DrinkPAKupon hire.\n\nBilingual (English & Spanish) preferred\n\nProven ability to safely operatea sit-down motorized Forklift\n\nAbility to navigate within a WMS system\n\nMust have a full understanding of the operations of a Forklift, (electrical or Propane)\n\nOUR VALUES\nOur company’s culture is guided by our shared values of Speed, Intensity, and Purpose.
