As part of this commitment, we offer:\n100% PPO medical, dental, and vision insurance for our employees, 50% for their dependents, paid by the Company\n\nA cell phone stipend\n\n401(k) match program, pet insurance, life insurance, and more\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nUnloads and loads trucks in a safe and timely manner to serve our customers\n\nPlans supply and material requirements by studying production schedule, scheduling deliveries to production area\n\nRetrieves supplies and materials by studying specifications; locating and verifying supplies and materials; secures pallets on truck; moves pallet to production location\n\nMaintains inventory in production area by anticipating and tracking usage. Monitors inventory by reporting discrepancies.\n\nClears production area by securing and moving finished pallets and moving empty pallets\n\nDocuments actions by logging movements of supplies, materials, and finished goods\n\nMaintains safe work environment by watching out for pedestrian traffic; following standards and procedures; complying with safety / legal regulations.\n\nKeeps forklift operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventative maintenance; calling for repairs\n\nUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities\n\nInteracts and maintains positive relationships with all levels of leadership\n\nAccomplishes special projects and other assignments/duties as required by management\n\nCompliant to all safety rules and regulations, GMP’s and all DrinkPAK’s policies and procedures\n\nEstablishes and maintains high standards for quality, housekeeping and productivity\n\nRegular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job\n\nPlease note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without prior notice.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nHigh School Diploma or Graduate Equivalency Diploma required.\n\nAt least 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment\n\nForklift Certification required\n\nMust be able to pass a company-administered forklift training and evaluation in accordance with OSHA standards.\n\nProven ability to safely operate a sit-down motorized Forklift\n\nAbility to navigate within a WMS system\n\nMust have a full understanding of the operations of a Forklift, (electrical or Propane)\n\nAbility to operate or learn to operate:\n\nSit-down and stand-up forklifts\n\nPallet jacks\n\nReach trucks and other material handling equipment.\n\nKnowledge of loading/unloading, staging, and inventory rotation (FIFO/FEFO) preferred\n\nAbility to complete basic paperwork or use handheld scanners/inventory systems.\n\nBasic math and reading skills to follow instructions and count products.\n\nReliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.\n\nStrong attention to detail and communication skills.\n\nAbility to follow instructions and maintain a clean, organized work area.\n\nOUR VALUES\nOur company’s culture is guided by our shared values of Speed, Intensity, and Purpose.
