You’ll lead a team of HR professionals and be a strategic partner to operations, helping to drive workforce planning, employee engagement, talent development, and employee relations in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.\n\nBENEFITS: The well-being of our team members and their families is critically important to us. As part of this commitment, we offer:\nPPO medical, dental, and vision insurance for our employees AND their dependents, 100% paid by the Company\nA cell phone stipend\nAnnual discretionary bonus\n401(k) match program, pet insurance, life insurance, and more\nLOCATION: The position is based at DrinkPAK’s Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.\nTYPE: Full Time; Salaried / Exempt.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nServe as the primary HR leader for the manufacturing site, advising plant leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, and employee relations.\nBuild and maintain a positive work environment through proactive engagement, coaching, and resolving employee issues.\nEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Maintain expertise in wage & hour, safety, and employment regulations.\nOversee employee records and reporting process to ensure availability of accurate data and compliance with regulations.\nOversee People related processes for the site including goal setting, annual reviews, merit & bonus planning, providing guidance to supervisors on evaluating and developing employees.\nPartner with the Learning & Development team to identify skills gaps and drive learning initiatives at the site. Develop and host trainings.\nPartner with Talent Acquisition to meet hiring targets while maintaining quality and cultural alignment. Support retention initiatives and track key metrics. Drive DrinkPAK’s Internal Mobility program.\nChampion a culture of safety, accountability, and inclusivity aligned with DrinkPAK's core values.\nOwn HRIS processes, shift schedules, attendance programs, and workforce analytics for the site.\nManages hiring and separation procedures.\nIdentify and implement process improvements to optimize HR services and workforce effectiveness.\nDevelops and leads a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, investing in employee growth, and driving performance through structured coaching and development plans.\nOwns team capability and succession planning by partnering with cross-functional leaders to align talent development, training strategy, and long-term workforce needs with business objectives.\nPlease note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without prior notice.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).\nAt least 7 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.\nProven leadership experience managing HR teams in a 24/7 or multi-shift facility.\nExceptional judgment and demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and be creative in developing employee-centric solutions.\nStrong working knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and compliance requirements.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.\nBilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred.\nExperience with HRIS (Workday) and strong data analytics skills are a plus.\nOUR VALUES\nOur company’s culture is guided by our shared values of Speed, Intensity, and Purpose.
