Supplies the production line with the batched product in a timely manner and helps to attain maximum product recovery.\nBENEFITS: The well-being of our team members is critically important to us. As part of this commitment, we offer:\n100% PPO medical, dental, and vision insurance for our employees, 50% for their dependents, paid by the Company\n\nA cell phone stipend\n\n401(k) match program, pet insurance, life insurance, and more\n\nLOCATION: The position is based at DrinkPAK’s Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth, Texas.\nTYPE: Full-Time, Regular.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nPrecisely inspects, stages, weighs, and mixes ingredients according to the product recipes. Collaborates with the Quality Department on the analytical results and makes modifications or adjustments to the batches when needed (i.e., Brix, Acid, pH, color).\n\nPre-weighs blends and liquefies components for beverage preparation.\n\nAccurately documents lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates on formulas per customer regulations.\n\nPerforms cleaning and sanitation of batching equipment and fillers (CIPs, foaming equipment, and hand brushing).\n\nOperates an electric forklift to load sugar, following all safety procedures.\n\nAdheres to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.\n\nAlways abide by Drink Pak’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards.\n\nMaintains general housekeeping and quality in all warehouse areas, including any additional areas assigned by leadership.\n\nAccurately completes hourly inspection sheets based on overall product quality.\n\nAssists in other areas as required by leadership.\n\nRegular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.\n\nPlease note this job description is designed to contain a partial list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time, with or without prior notice.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nHigh School Diploma or Graduate Equivalency Diploma required.\n\nAt least 1-3 years prior experience in food/beverage manufacturing, production, or mixing/blending is a plus.\n\nExperience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or canning industries preferred.\n\nAbility to visually inspect products and materials.\n\nBasic understanding of measuring units and ratios.\n\nBasic math skills for measuring and scaling ingredients accurately.\n\nForklift experience preferred.\n\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\n\nSafety, continuous improvement, and solutions-driven mindset.\n\nTechnical school training or coursework in chemistry, food science, or manufacturing preferred but not required..\n\nAbility to follow written instructions, recipes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).\n\nFamiliarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety standards (can be trained on the job).\n\nAbility to operate or learn to operate batching/mixing equipment, tanks, pumps, and meters.\n\nAbility to handle and identify raw ingredients, including flavorings, sweeteners, acids, and concentrates.\n\nComfortable working around chemical handling (with proper PPE and safety training).\n\nAbility to complete batch records, logs, and quality checklists clearly and accurately.\n\nBasic computer skills (data entry, digital work instructions) a plus.\n\nWillingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.\n\nStrong attention to detail, cleanliness, and hygiene.\n\nTeam-oriented with strong communication skills.\n\nReliable, punctual, and able to follow safety protocols.\n\nAbility to read and communicate in English\n\nOUR VALUES\nOur company’s culture is guided by our shared values of Speed, Intensity, and Purpose.
