strategies for global markets\n\nIdentify and experiment with new growth channels and opportunities\n\nBrand & Market Development\nIncrease Voyager Trade's visibility through content and webinars\n\nBuild trust and awareness among importers, distributors, wholesalers, and procurement teams\n\nSupport thought leadership and market positioning initiatives\n\nWebsite, SEO & Conversion\nDevelop SEO-driven content and landing page strategies targeting buyers looking to source from India\n\nCreate lead magnets, sourcing guides, and other growth assets\n\nImprove conversion rates through testing, optimization, and data-driven insights\n\nAnalytics & Operations\nTrack key growth metrics including leads, conversions, acquisition costs, and campaign performance\n\nBuild reporting dashboards and generate actionable insights\n\nWork closely with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals\n\nRequirements\n2-3 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or digital marketing\n\nHands-on experience with paid marketing channels, lead generation, and marketing analytics\n\nExperience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms\n\nGood to Have\nExperience in B2B marketplaces, international trade, sourcing, supply chain, or cross-border commerce\n\nExperience targeting US or international audiences\n\nFamiliarity with SEO, content marketing, and marketing automation platforms\n\nWho You Are\nA self-starter who enjoys building and scaling things from
