Backed by leading investors like Accel, Sequoia, Wing VC, and IFC, Drip is at the forefront of transforming how global trade flows.\nRole Overview :-\nThe role will coordinate with Buyers, suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers and internal commercial, trade finance and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of commodity transactions.\nThe individual will be responsible for coordinating the financial/payment verification and physical movement of goods, from shipment release through final delivery.\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nWe are looking for a hands-on operator who takes ownership of a transaction from payment confirmation through physical delivery.\nThe ideal candidate will actively monitor the entire transaction, identify issues early, follow up with all stakeholders, and ensure that the right goods reach the right Buyer at the right time and only after the required financial conditions have been satisfied.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Trade Transaction Management\nManage the operational execution of commodity trading transactions.\nCoordinate with Buyers, suppliers, warehouses, freight providers and internal teams.\nMaintain trackers covering payment, inventory, shipment, documentation and delivery.\nEnsure timelines and contractual requirements are met, with proactive follow-up.\n2. Payment Verification & Release Control\nVerify payment status before goods are released for shipment or delivery.\nCoordinate with Finance/Trade Finance to confirm required payment conditions and approvals.\nEnsure no shipment is released without required payment confirmation and authorization.\nEscalate payment delays, discrepancies or exceptions promptly.\nMaintain records of payment confirmations and release approvals.\n3. Supplier & Warehouse Coordination\nCoordinate inventory, quantity, quality, packing and shipment readiness with suppliers and warehouses.\nCoordinate loading, pickup and release of commodities.\nEnsure warehouse instructions are accurately executed and resolve discrepancies.\n4. Logistics & Shipment Coordination\nCoordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines and other logistics providers.\nMonitor shipments from origin through final delivery, including ETAs and delays.\nResolve transportation, documentation and delivery issues proactively.\n5.
