databases.\nBuild async jobs, webhooks, event pipelines, and background workers.\n\nFrontend: \nBuild fast, clean, and responsive UIs.\nImplement AI-driven UX patterns (smart suggestions, auto-tagging, search).\nCollaborate closely with product and design.\n\nEngineering Excellence: \nWrite clean, maintainable, well-tested code.\nImprove performance, scalability, and reliability.\nParticipate in architectural decisions and code reviews.\n\nRequirements: \nHands-on with LangChain, Haystack, or similar.\nExperience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).\nExposure to computer vision or image/video pipelines.\nStartup or 01 product experience.\nDocker, CI/CD, basic cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).\n\nCore Stack: \n4-6 years of hands-on full-stack experience.\nStrong experience with: React.js / Next.js, Node.js (Express / NestJS), Python (FastAPI preferred).\nSolid understanding of REST APIs, auth (JWT/OAuth).\n\nAI Awareness (Practical): \nExperience integrating AI/ML APIs into production systems.\nFamiliarity with: LLMs (OpenAI, Mistral, LLaMA, Cohere), Prompt engineering basics, Embeddings and semantic search.\nUnderstanding of RAG concepts and AI inference workflows.\n\nData and Systems: \nMongoDB (schema design, aggregations).\nRedis / caching.\nAsync processing and background
