This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the VP of Product & Engineering, and you will work across every department, including Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Data Analytics, and AI/ML.\nThis is a fully remote role, working with fully remote teams. Leading and influencing across departments in a distributed environment is a key experience to success in this role.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL OWN\nEnd-to-end delivery of product initiatives across multiple domains simultaneously\nWriting clear, detailed PRDs and functional specs independently, utilizing AI-first workflows at every step along the way\nCustomer and stakeholder discovery, translating messy real-world requirements into scoped, buildable features\nOwning relationships with external vendors and integration partners from evaluation through go-live\nRegular communication with exec leadership, including presenting roadmap and status updates with confidence and precision\nWorking hands-on with AI and automation tooling to shape, validate, and accelerate product decisions, including defining requirements for LLM-based features and continually evolving your own workflows and tools to fit the problem in front of you\nQuerying and evaluating data directly to inform decisions and validate outcomes\nGaining consensus across Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and AI/ML without losing momentum\nWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE\n\nProduct initiatives ship on a predictable cadence, with scope and tradeoffs understood by everyone involved before work starts\nCustomer and stakeholder input is translated into decisions, not just captured\nExec leadership has an accurate, current picture of the roadmap and can trust the status they hear\nCross-functional partners in Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and AI/ML see Product as a source of momentum, not a bottleneck\nWHO WE ARE\nA true polyglot. You can write a PRD in the morning, jump on a customer call in the afternoon, and review an API spec before end of day\nAs comfortable analyzing complex data as you are presenting a strategic roadmap to leadership\nAt home in ambiguity. You do not need process handed to you, and you build what is missing rather than waiting for it\nYou treat unfinished problems as opportunities rather than blockers\nAI-first in how you work. You reach for AI tooling by default and keep reshaping your workflow and toolset as the work and the tools change\nA deliberate remote collaborator. You over-communicate by default and build trust across departments and time zones without needing a room\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\nREQUIRED\n7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environments\nProven track record in delivery-heavy roles where you shipped product, not just planned it\nHands-on experience with AI/ML products, conversational AI, NLP, or messaging platforms\nAPI and integration fluency, you understand how systems connect and can own the details\nSQL proficiency, you’re comfortable pulling your own data rather than waiting on analysts\nAn AI-first way of working, you use AI tooling to accelerate your own output without sacrificing quality or judgment, and you actively evolve your workflows and tools as your needs change\nDemonstrated ability to manage external vendor and partner relationships end-to-end\nStrong written communication, your specs and updates are clear the first time\nProven success leading cross-functional work in a fully remote, distributed organization, building alignment across departments without relying on in-person proximity\nSTRONG PLUS\nPrior experience in a product-adjacent role, including engineering, implementation, sales, or customer success\nEnough technical fluency to read and reason about code in an AI-assisted development environment, so you can ask sharper questions and pressure-test scope with Engineering\nInterest in prototyping directly to validate an idea or communicate intent faster than a spec can.
