About the Opportunity

Are you ready to take the next step in your supply chain planning career? Do you enjoy working with data, coordinating across different teams and turning complex information into clear and actionable plans? Then this could be the opportunity for you.

As our Junior Master Planner EMEA, you will join our Supply Chain Planning team and help ensure that the right products are available at the right time. You will work closely with colleagues across Supply Chain, Sales and Manufacturing to manage inventory, support order fulfilment and contribute to our broader S&OP objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with initial planning experience who wants to further develop within an international and fast-moving FMCG environment.

Responsibilities

You will play an important role in connecting data, people and planning processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development and maintenance of master plans in line with strategic and operational objectives.
  • Managing the planning of smaller-scale and less complex product categories.
  • Coordinating daily with Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and supporting accurate and timely order fulfilment.
  • Creating, executing and continuously adjusting plans based on changing supply and demand dynamics.
  • Processing and maintaining planning data across ERP systems and planning tools, including weekly uploads into Anaplan.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators, including order fulfilment, lead times and fruit age.
  • Identifying potential planning risks or gaps and recommending practical solutions.
  • Supporting scenario planning and decision-making for the wider Master Planning team.
  • Contributing ideas to improve planning processes, tools and ways of working.
  • Communicating changes to planning schedules clearly and on time.
  • Acting as a back-up for the Master Planner when required to ensure continuity of operations.

Candidate Profile

About the role

In this role, you will support the development, execution and continuous improvement of our master plans, with a strong focus on post-harvest planning. Through daily cross-functional alignment, you will help balance product availability, inventory levels and customer demand.

Alongside supporting the wider master planning activities, you will take ownership of the planning for several smaller product categories, including Berry Valley, Organics, Red Currants, Plums and Rhubarb. You will work with international stakeholders to create, monitor and adjust these plans based on real-time developments.

Your contribution will directly support important performance indicators such as order fulfilment, lead times from field to dispatch and the age of fruit in inventory.

What you bring

You are analytical, organised and comfortable working with different stakeholders in a dynamic international environment. You can manage changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and keeping others informed.

For this role, we are looking for:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Between one and three years of experience in planning and scheduling.
  • Advanced experience working with ERP systems and planning tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to translate data into clear plans and practical actions.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Experience within a multinational FMCG environment, knowledge of S&OP processes or exposure to agricultural or post-harvest planning would be an advantage. Spanish language skills and an APICS CPIM certification are also considered beneficial.
  • Are you ready to take the next step in your supply chain planning career? Do you enjoy working with data, coordinating across different teams and turning complex information into clear and actionable plans? Then this could be the opportunity for you.
