Lead Oracle SaaS Admin is responsible for leading Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM & OTM application deployment administration, application registration, functional setups, and managing data for the configuration set migration. This role will provide technical guidance to team members in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud instance configurations and enterprise applications.The Lead Oracle SaaS Admin will work with the implementation partner and business leadership to help project teams with the implementation and maintenance of business and enterprise software solutions. The Lead Oracle Fusion ERP Admin will work with architects, developers, business users, and leads to ensure that project deliverables are aligned with desired business processes and IS design standards.\nWe are looking for a candidate with an in-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud, experience in ERP implementations, and a team player and leader that is reliable, enthusiastic, committed, creative, and customer focused. This role also requires strong collaboration skills to focus on a diverse palette of technical and operational work in a continuously evolving environment.\n\nResponsibilities\nEffectively Lead and support Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM SaaS administration, including user access, security, auditing and overall application support\nManage user security and role provisioning in Oracle Fusion Cloud, EPM, and OTM, including user imports, role assignment, custom role design, troubleshooting, and ensuring least-privilege access aligned with Oracle security best practices\nPlan and manage environment refresh activities - pre/post-refresh tasks, maintenance windows, coordination with Oracle, vendors, and internal teams\nManage and monitor user access auditing using Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC), ensuring compliance and minimizing security violations across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications\nLead Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM configuration migrations, including SaaS and PaaS technical objects such as OIC, BI Publisher (BIP), BICC, and ESS jobs, while ensuring successful project delivery\nLead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM environments administration through implementation and production support - maintenance, backup, recovery, monitoring, performance optimization\nMonitor Oracle service notifications for patches, critical updates, maintenance, and downtime, and coordinate required activities\nManage Oracle MOS service requests through resolution and complete ServiceNow tickets within agreed SLAs\nCollaborate with Security, Network, Development, Product, Oracle, and business teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions\nDevelop and maintain ERP KPIs, operational metrics, reports, and dashboards\nAssist technical team members in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud instance configurations and enterprise applications\nDesign and Implement best practices to administer and improve the reliability and security of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & EPM\nFunction as the primary point of contact for all issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, EPM & OTM)\nDocument system requirements and process flows\nDesign and Maintains business continuity and disaster recovery processes\n\nCandidate Profile\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.\n\n8+ years of overall ERP Administration Experience.\n\n3+ years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM & OTM.\n\nExperience in at least one implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP).\n\nWorking knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is mandatory.\n\nExperience in leading full Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation projects involving Requirements, Design, Testing and Roll-out.\n\nComfortable with Oracle Fusion data dictionary and the relationship between various objects, to quickly understand requirements and design solutions.\n\nAbility to lead other functional leads through the different project phases.\n\nExceptional and advanced English communication skills with all levels of an organization are required (written, verbal, digital, and formal presentations).\n\nDesire to teach and mentor other engineers with varying domains of expertise.\n\nResponsible for addressing and resolving urgent incidents specific to the job area that may arise during off-hours, including weekends, to maintain optimal application performance.\n\nCandidates should have flexibility for potential weekend support, including on-call responsibilities to troubleshoot and mitigate production impacts promptly.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAdvanced skills in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).\n\nCombines strong business acumen/experience and deep IT knowledge.\n\nHas shown a record of strategic project planning and client management.\n\nExperience with managing team(s)\n\nDemonstrated initiative to stay current on technology advancements.\n\nStrong interpersonal and leadership skills\n\nCompensation & Benefits:\nThe following information is provided in good faith as a general description of the salary range and benefits for the position posted.
