You will play an important role in ensuring our employees receive consistent, efficient and high-quality HR support, while continuously improving the way we work.\nYou will lead our Employee Experience and Functional Tier 2 Specialist teams and oversee key People Services activities across EMEA, including payroll delivery. From improving processes and service levels to leveraging Workday, data and new technologies, you will help take our People Services organization to the next level.\n\nResponsibilities\nIn this role, you will combine people leadership with operational responsibility for our People Services organization across EMEA. You’ll oversee the delivery of key HR services, including payroll, and make sure our teams have what they need to deliver a great employee experience. At the same time, you’ll continuously look for opportunities to simplify processes, improve service levels and make better use of technology and data.\nLead, coach and develop the Employee Experience and Functional Tier 2 Specialist teams, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.\nOversee the day-to-day delivery of People Services, ensuring employees receive accurate, responsive and high-quality HR support.\nOversee payroll delivery across EMEA, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while working closely with internal stakeholders and external payroll partners.\nDevelop and monitor KPIs, service levels and productivity metrics, using insights and data to continuously improve performance and the employee experience.\nDrive process improvements and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and optimize HR services through Workday and other HR technologies.\nPartner closely with Global People Services leadership, EMEA HR Business Advisory, Centers of Excellence and other HR stakeholders to support the delivery of global HR programs across EMEA.\nEnsure HR documentation, processes and standard operating procedures are accurate and up to date.\nEnsure compliance with applicable employment legislation, works councils and local requirements across multiple EMEA countries, including the Netherlands, UK, Spain, Portugal, Morocco and South Africa.\nSupport internal and external audits, HR projects, training and change management initiatives related to employee experience and service delivery.\nTravel internationally and domestically when required, up to approximately 30%.\nYour workplace\nFor this role, we work according to a 4-day office policy.
