The role will report into the VP Global Talent with a dotted line to the VP HR based in the Netherlands.\n\nResponsibilities\nIn this role, you translate business strategy into a clear and actionable talent agenda for DEMEA. You work at both regional and enterprise level, providing strategic guidance while ensuring strong execution of core talent processes.\nDevelop and drive the DEMEA talent strategy aligned with enterprise and business goals \nPartner with HRBPs, HRBAs and leadership teams to translate business needs into talent priorities \nFacilitate regional talent reviews, succession planning and performance management processes \nIdentify critical roles, success profiles and capability gaps across the region \nStrengthen succession pipelines and support development of high-potential and emerging leaders \nPromote internal mobility and support career pathways within DEMEA \nDeploy targeted L&D and talent development initiatives based on business needs \nAnalyze engagement data and support leaders in defining and executing follow-up actions \nProvide strategic talent insights and advice to senior and executive leadership \nLead at least one global talent initiative within the Global Talent CoE \nEmbed diversity, equity and inclusion across all talent processes \n\nCandidate Profile\nWhat you bring\nYou are a trusted talent and HR professional who combines strategic thinking with pragmatic execution.
