Then this could be a great opportunity to join Driscoll’s as our new Technical Customer Compliance Specialist EMEA.\nResponsibilities\nWhat does your working day look like?\nNo two days will be exactly the same. One day you may be reviewing customer requirements, updating a customer portal or working with internal teams to improve quality documentation. On another, you could be visiting a UK grower to conduct a compliance assessment and follow up on corrective actions.\nYou will also monitor relevant industry developments, including BRCGS updates, and make sure important changes are communicated across the organisation.\nYour responsibilities\nManage customer portals and changes to customer policies and compliance requirements.\nReview customer codes of practice and industry standards.\nMaintain and continuously improve quality management systems.\nManage document control across the UK and EMEA.\nConduct external audits and assessments at UK grower sites.\nPerform internal audits and follow up on non-conformances and corrective actions.\nMonitor relevant industry and customer compliance developments.\nWork closely with internal teams, growers and external partners.\nParticipate in UK and EMEA compliance meetings, projects and industry events.\nIf you enjoy combining technical expertise with hands-on collaboration and want to contribute to maintaining high standards across our UK and EMEA operations, we would love to hear from you.\n\nCandidate Profile\nAs Technical Customer Compliance Specialist EMEA, you will help ensure that our operations, systems and grower network continue to meet customer, industry and regulatory requirements.\nYou will manage customer compliance information, maintain quality management systems and support both internal and external audits. You will also visit UK grower sites to assess compliance with customer standards, social requirements and company policies.\nThis is a varied role combining compliance, auditing, stakeholder communication and continuous improvement. You will work closely with colleagues across different departments, growers and external partners.\nAbout you\nYou are proactive, organised and have strong attention to detail. You are comfortable working in an environment where standards are high, priorities can change and clear communication is key.\nYou bring\nA degree in Food Science, Agricultural Science, Business Administration or a related field.\nAt least 3 years of experience in technical customer compliance or a similar role within fresh produce.\nGood knowledge of quality management systems, customer compliance and social standards.\nLevel 3 HACCP certification and internal auditing experience.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent written English.
