Project Management & Delivery\n· Lead end-to-end management of digital projects across cultivation, supply chain, and sales (from requirements gathering to go-live), coordinating cross-functional resources (cultivation, supply chain, sales, IT) to ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery.\n· Track project outcomes via quantitative metrics (e.g., ROI from transportation cost reduction and business unit satisfaction) and deliver Project Closure Reports.\n2. Business Analysis & Process Improvement\n· Conduct root-cause analysis for key bottlenecks in each business area (e.g., data silos between cultivation and sales) and design process optimizations (e.g., “cultivation-sales” alignment plans) to drive adoption (target: 3-month pilot-to-scale timeline).\n· Develop high-level product requirement documents (“PRDs”) based on a deep understanding of business requirements and optimized to-be processes.\n3.
