The intern will gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and HR operations while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.\n\nSource and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and other sourcing channels.\n\nReview resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.\n\nConduct initial candidate screening calls and assess basic suitability.\n\nCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.\n\nMaintain and update candidate information in the ATS/recruitment database.\n\nFollow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.\n\nAssist in salary discussions and offer-related coordination under the guidance of the recruiter.\n\nSupport documentation and pre-joining formalities for selected candidates.\n\nMaintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers and provide hiring updates.\n\nAssist with bulk hiring and recruitment drives as required.\n\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.\n\nPerform other HR and Talent Acquisition activities as assigned.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nPursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, or any relevant graduation/postgraduation.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nGood interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.\n\nBasic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.\n\nProficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.\n\nGood organizational and time-management skills.\n\nAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.\n\nWillingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.\n\nPreferred Skills\nBasic knowledge of Boolean Search and candidate sourcing techniques.\n\nFamiliarity with job portals such as Naukri and
