$32.79\nResponsibilities\nServe as a key point of contact for customers, providing prompt, professional support through phone and email.\nProcess parts, warranty, and replacement orders while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.\nCoordinate Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and help customers navigate solutions when issues arise.\nPartner with internal teams to communicate customer feedback, product concerns, and quality-related issues.\nMaintain accurate records and data within our ERP system (Syteline).\nContribute to a culture of continuous improvement by supporting quality initiatives and ISO 9001 standards.\nSupport front desk and customer communication activities as needed, helping create a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our company.\nQualifications\nMinimum 0-2 years’ experience as a customer service representative.\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. \nA proactive, self-driven approach and a desire to make an impact.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across teams.\nExcellent problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.\nConfidence navigating computer systems and learning new technologies.\nA collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across the organization.\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.\nA keen eye for detail and a commitment to following established quality standards and procedures.\nA positive
