Work from DriSteem electronic documentation such as JOL, work instructions, prints, packing lists, sales orders, and verbal instructions in accordance with DriSteem quality standards. Operate with integrity and consideration for all DriSteem customers, suppliers, and employees to ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful work environment consistent with DriSteem values, policies, and procedures.\nResponsibilities\nMechanical Assembly\nWork from electronic drawings and electronic JOLs to assemble product and inspect assembled units.\nUse hand or power tools, or fixtures as required to assemble product.\nPrepare parts as required by sanding, cutting, drilling, painting, etc.\nWork different workstations on assigned product line.\nPerform daily cycle count.\nGeneral Responsibilities\nContinuously strive for product and process improvements that meet or exceed our customer requirements as well as being compliant with ISO 9001-2015 policies.\nSupport Lean activities including Kaizen Events and 5S.\nKeep supervisor and Cell Lead informed of job-related problems and other information related to work activity including the Kaizen Newspaper.\nMaintain positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers, and management. Respectful and supportive interaction with others is expected.\nEnsure work area is maintained in a neat and orderly condition.\nEnsure all processes are safe for employees, ergonomically correct and comply with OSHA requirements. \nReport all safety concerns to their Lead, Supervisor or Safety Committee Member.\nOperate computer, tablet, and other electronic devices.\nAbility to lift, push, and pull moderate weights.\nPerform related work as apparent or assigned.\nQualifications\nHigh school education or equivalent.\nPrior work experience a plus.\nBasic computer knowledge such as ability to operate a computer, tablet, and any other form of electronic software.\nKey Qualities & Skills\nWork professionally and collaboratively with others.\nMulti-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nSense of urgency and a strong “hands-on” work ethic.\nBuild strong and effective working relationships amongst the teams and with colleagues across functions.\nWork independently and be a self-starter.\nDetail oriented to ensure procedures are followed for consistency purposes such as safety and quality.\nAbout The Team\nCompensation: This role offers a pay range of $20.87 -
