As a Put away Driver, you will be responsible for taking audited pallets from either the assigned Runner or dock to be put away in the correct rack location. As a Runner, you will be responsible for taking audited pallets to the assigned aisle or area to stage for the Put away Driver to complete put away in the assigned storage location. Put away drivers and Runners will utilize different pieces of Material Handling Equipment to operate in their function including but not limited to: Double Pallet Jacks and Reach Trucks.\nThe primary product lines you’ll oversee are durable medical goods ranging from canes to wheelchairs, in-home hospital beds and respiratory products. These products are critical to the lives of our customers and you’ll be a part of leading this team in driving best-in-class metrics in Safety, Quality, Service, and of course, our People.\nShift Time: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM - Monday through Friday. Starting Pay: $23.25 Hourly.\nMain Activities/Responsibilities:\nPuta way or stage product according to the RF scanner and recheck them to ensure accuracy\nDe-casing product as needed\nUnpack, sort and count parts purchase orders received from vendors as needed\nNotify receiving issues of all receiving discrepancies in a timely manner\nAddress any misprints, false quantities, and closed carton orders\nInspect items for quality and quantity and any evidence of dust, paint, or dents\nEnsure that any product not up to the quality standards are reported to the floor leadership\nEnsure effective wrapping for product being stored in the bin location\nDevelop an attitude of support and participate in an environment of continuous improvement\nEnsure the compliance of safety norms to include maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area\nOther duties may be assigned\nCompetencies:\nAttention to detail and problem-solving skills\nGood interpersonal and communication skills\nAccurately follow verbal and written instructions\nReporting Relationships and Supervision:\nThis position reports to the Distribution Supervisor. \nEducation and Experience:\nH. S. The salary range for this role is from $20.93 to $23.95 per year. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as the applicant’s experience, specialization, and education, as well as the company’s requirements.
