procedures in accordance with local laws and regulations.\nConduct thorough customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) on clients, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.\nMonitor transactions for suspicious activity and report findings to the compliance officer.\nProvide training and guidance to staff on AML compliance and awareness.\nMaintain and update the AML records and databases, ensuring all information is current and accessible.\nStay informed of changes in AML regulations and industry trends to ensure ongoing compliance.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in an AML or compliance role, preferably in the real estate sector.\nStrong knowledge of AML regulations, legislation, and best practices.\nExcellent analytical and investigative skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with compliance software.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.\nAttention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information
