service.\nAddress tenant inquiries, service requests, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.\nFacilitate tenant communications and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention.\nProperty Operations & Maintenance\nConduct regular property inspections and condition assessments.\nCoordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure property functionality and safety.\nManage contractors, vendors, and service providers, including performance monitoring and service delivery.\nCoordinate utility services and related operational requirements.\nOversee property handovers and takeovers, ensuring compliance with established procedures and documentation requirements.\nCoordinate emergency response activities and ensure business continuity measures are in place.\nFinancial Management & Reporting\nAssist in the preparation and management of property operating budgets.\nMonitor income, expenses, and overall property financial performance.\nMaintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.\nPrepare periodic financial, operational, and management reports for property owners and stakeholders.\nSupport cost-control initiatives and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.\nCompliance, Risk & Legal Administration\nEnsure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.\nOversee health, safety, environmental, and risk management requirements across managed properties.\nCoordinate insurance-related matters, including policy administration and claims support.\nSupport legal case management, dispute resolution, lease enforcement actions, and eviction proceedings in coordination with legal advisors.\nMaintain proper documentation management and record retention practices.\nAsset Management & Owner Representation\nMonitor asset performance and implement strategies to preserve and enhance property value.\nRecommend capital improvement projects based on operational needs and asset condition assessments.\nProvide regular updates and strategic recommendations to property owners and stakeholders.\nProtect and promote the owner's interests through effective property management, risk mitigation, and value preservation initiatives.\nRequirements\n5+ years of property management experience in the UAE.\nFamiliarity with EJARI, DLD portal, and Dubai tenancy laws.\n Strong organizational and communication skills.\n Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or related field.\nRERA certification preferred.\nBenefits\n
