What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Performing advanced diagnostics, including electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, diesel, and mechanical concerns
- Completing warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently
- Using Ford diagnostic tools, repair procedures, and service information
- Inspecting vehicles and recommending required maintenance or repairs
- Assisting Service Advisors with repair estimates and technical recommendations
- Prepping, disassembling, and reassembling vehicles as required
- Maintaining accurate repair documentation and inspection notes
- Supporting apprentices or junior technicians when needed
- Delivering quality workmanship and helping create a great customer experience
A Great Attitude Will Get You 90% There. For the Rest, We’re Looking For:
- Journeyperson Automotive Service Technician certification preferred
- Strong Ford product knowledge and diagnostic experience
- Experience with Ford warranty repairs and manufacturer processes
- Strong electrical, drivability, and mechanical diagnostic skills
- Ability to provide your own tools
- Commitment to quality, safety, and excellence
- Dedication to customer service and doing the job right
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mindset
- Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License required upon employment
