Working closely with Payroll, Human Resources, and Accounting, you'll help keep our people programs running smoothly and our employees supported.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nProcess full-cycle payroll for multiple FFUN Group companies, including salaried, hourly, commissioned, and incentive-based employees.\nPrepare, validate, and complete payroll accurately and on schedule for each pay period.\nEnsure compliance with payroll legislation, company policies, internal controls, and industry requirements.\nReconcile payroll accounts, investigate discrepancies, and prepare payroll-related journal entries and reports.\nMaintain accurate employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, deductions, and benefit updates.\nRespond to payroll inquiries from employees and leaders while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.\nSupport benefit administration, payroll audits, and reporting requirements.\nPrepare year-end payroll activities, including T4 processing, payroll reconciliations, and statutory reporting.\nComplete CRA remittances and account reconciliations accurately and within required deadlines.\nIdentify opportunities to improve payroll processes, enhance efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nWhat we're looking for:\nPayroll experience is preferred\nPCP designation or working toward it is considered an asset\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills\nStrong Microsoft Excel and computer skills\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion\nA positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed \nWhy FFUN:\nCompensation: $50,000 - $60,000 per annum\nGroup Retirement Savings Plan: Employer-Employee matched contributions because we care about your future financial security\nEmployee Discounts: Get excited with exclusive discounts, not just on vehicles, but also on service, repairs and parts.\nTraining & Development: Buckle up for an exciting ride!
