DriveNets' solutions power production networks for global tier-1 operators like AT&T and Comcast, and scale multi-vendor AI infrastructures at foundation model labs, NeoClouds, and enterprises.\nResponsibilities\nTake a key role in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with US GAAP.\nImplement and monitor internal controls, policies, and workflows across the company.\nOversee the Bookkeeper's responsibilities, verify accuracy, and reconcile accounts for period-end closing.\nOversee foreign subsidiaries' accounting, local requirements, salaries, and financial reports.\nManage and support day-to-day finance activities, including accounts payable, cash flow, banking transactions, payments, billing, and VAT returns.\nManage the payroll process in coordination with the external payroll bureau.\nWork with the external auditor and prepare the annual financial statements and tax reports in compliance with official guidelines and requirements.\nUndertake ad hoc accounting and finance-related projects as needed.\nRequirements\nTechnical Skills\n 2-4 years of experience in a similar position within the hi-tech industry.\nInternship at one of the Big 4 accounting firms - a must.\n Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with US GAAP.\n Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, with NetSuite being an advantage.\n Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with inventory-related workflows.\n Native-level proficiency in English - a must.\nSoft Skills\n Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines.\n Accurate, detail-oriented, and highly professional in approach.\nNice to Have / Advantage\n Experience with NetSuite ERP.\n Experience with inventory-related workflows.\nIf your experience is close but doesn't fulfil all requirements, please submit your application.
