DriveNets' solutions power production networks for global tier-1 operators like AT&T and Comcast, and scale multi-vendor AI infrastructures at foundation model labs, NeoClouds, and enterprises.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, build, and operate the internal engineering platform that powers DriveNets' build, test, deployment, and security validation workflows.\nWrite and maintain production code and automation for the tooling that runs build, test, and release.\nDevelop large-scale orchestration of complex environments across hybrid cloud and on-prem execution infrastructure.\nImplement DevSecOps integrations and advanced automation across the platform.\nProvide a scalable, reliable, and intelligent platform that enables hundreds of engineers to build, deploy, and validate a complex distributed networking product efficiently and safely.\nTroubleshoot platform issues, take ownership, and drive solutions end-to-end.\nCollaborate with engineering teams across the organization.\nRequirements\nTechnical Skills\n3+ years of hands-on software development experience (primary requirement).\nStrong programming skills and the ability to design, implement, and maintain production code.\nDevOps experience: CI/CD, Linux, containers, and cloud infrastructure, with the ability to learn the platform's tooling on the job.\nB.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.\nSolid understanding of Linux, containers (Docker), and Git-based workflows.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm, or similar).\nFamiliarity with cloud environments, AWS in particular, and an interest in hybrid cloud/on-prem systems.\nYou will work with: Kubernetes (EKS, on-prem), GitHub Actions, ARC, Karpenter, Terraform, Helm, Docker/DinD, Sysbox, containerd, BuildKit, ECR, S3, ElastiCache (Valkey), sccache, Direct Connect, VPC endpoints, IAM/OIDC, Secrets Manager, and self-hosted runners. Deep prior experience with this stack is not required; basic DevOps foundations and strong software engineering skills are enough to pick it up.\nSoft Skills\nStrong system-level thinking and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to take ownership and drive solutions end-to-end.\nExcellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.\nNice to Have / Advantage\nPython or another high-level language used in production tooling.\nHands-on AWS experience (EKS, ECR, S3, IAM/OIDC, VPC, Secrets Manager).\nExperience with runner pools, DinD test environments, or build caching (BuildKit, sccache).\nJenkins, GitHub merge queue, MinIO / on-prem S3 cache, hardware-in-the-loop CI, monorepo CI optimization.\nIf your experience is close but doesn't fulfil all requirements, please submit your application.
