With over $1B raised, DriveNets continues to push the boundaries of modern networking infrastructure.\nWe are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist & People Operations Coordinator to support our office operations at DriveNets’ TOHA office in Tel Aviv.\nAs part of our HR team, you will support the company’s day-to-day operations and help ensure the smooth functioning and maintenance of the office and its facilities.\nResponsibilities\nManage the front desk at DriveNets’ TLV office.\nWelcome and greet guests.\nManage office maintenance, including the kitchen, office equipment, and facilities.\nServe as a point of contact for employees regarding administrative needs and help ensure an excellent employee experience.\nSupport various office operations activities.\nPerform administrative duties and support special projects and cross-company initiatives.\nPartner with the HR and Recruitment teams and support various HR-related activities.\nRequirements\nAt least 2 years of experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
