Raising over $587 million in three funding rounds, DriveNets continues to deploy the most innovative infrastructure and is looking for the most talented people to be part of this journey.\nThe Role\nDriveNets is seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex hardware development projects across multiple product generations.\nThis role requires exceptional project management skills combined with a strong technical understanding of hardware development processes. The successful candidate will maintain an end-to-end view of ongoing and future hardware activities, ensuring alignment between engineering execution, business priorities, resource allocation, and product roadmap objectives.\nThe Senior HW PM will work closely with Hardware Engineering, Product Management, ASIC teams, Mechanical Engineering, Validation, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Executive Management to drive execution excellence and successful product delivery.\nResponsibilities\nProject Planning & Execution\nLead multiple concurrent hardware projects from concept through production release.\nBuild, maintain, and drive detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.\nDefine project scope, timelines, dependencies, and critical paths.\nMonitor project progress and proactively address execution gaps.\nDrive accountability across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.\nPortfolio & Roadmap Management\nMaintain a comprehensive view of all hardware projects, interdependencies, resource constraints, and roadmap priorities.\nCoordinate planning activities across current product development and future platform initiatives.\nIdentify schedule conflicts and resource bottlenecks and drive resolution plans.\nSupport strategic planning activities and hardware roadmap execution.\nCross-Functional Leadership\nCoordinate activities years of experience in project management within hardware development organizations.\nProven track record managing large-scale, multidisciplinary hardware projects.\nStrong understanding of hardware development lifecycles from architecture through production.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional engineering organizations.\nStrong planning, organizational, and execution skills.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBackground in hardware engineering or technical product development.\nExperience in networking, telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, or data center systems.\nFamiliarity with high-speed networking platforms, switching systems, and optical technologies.\nExperience working with ASIC-based systems and complex board-level designs.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing, NPI, and supply chain processes.\nExperience working with ODMs, CMs, and global development teams.\nPMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.\nThe successful candidate will:\nMaintain a holistic end-to-end view of all hardware projects and
