We put the right customer in the right vehicle, on the right terms, on their path to ownership with transparent, no-haggle dealerships nationwide.\nResponsibilities of the Job (Or Better Known as, Your Next Destination)\nResponsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and performing advanced vehicle repairs and maintenance, performing emissions testing (where applicable), vehicle movement, inventory management, repair documentation, and computer utilization.\nPerform inspections, maintenance and repairs on multiple makes and models of DriveTime inventory vehicles.\nExplain automotive repairs and issues to management to minimize re-work and delays in production.\nProper documentation of all work performed in DriveTime systems.\nKeep area clean and organized to maintain the highest level of safety and compliance.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities (The Good Stuff)\nMust be proficient in automotive repairs.\nMust be able to troubleshoot basic automotive concerns.\nMust be able to communicate the causes and recommended corrections for vehicle issues.\nMust be able to meet metric performance targets.\nMust be able to learn and operate basic computer systems.\nMust be organized and punctual.\nMust maintain a safe and compliant workspace.\nMust be able to learn and comply with all DriveTime standards.\nPerks\nFull medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, wellness program, competitive pay, closed Sundays, weekends off (except during peak season), and PTO for full-time and part-time employees.\nPhysical Requirements\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
