You will partner with cross-functional teams to transform our enterprise processes and systems through the identification and valuation of opportunities and problems, determining root causes, identifying gaps and countermeasures. You will lead the implementation of solutions that drive strategic initiatives for our Inventory operations teams. Along the way you’re communicating and aligning with business stakeholders.\nOur Process Engineer-Inventory Operations is responsible for:\nOwnership of the process and project life cycle including ideation, definition, analysis, process design, improvement, launch, adoption, and sustainment. \nFacilitating and leading discussions with business leaders, analytic partners, and development engineering to define business requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure efforts are focused on critical needs. \nIdentifying improvement opportunities to decrease cost, improve delivery, achieve quality targets, or improve safety by researching issues, performing root cause analysis, compiling and analyzing qualitative and quantitative information to conclude and communicate well-reasoned decisions.\nEstablishing schedules, guidelines, and procedures and determining the most effective way to deliver a complete solution to an identified problem or opportunity.\nExploring and proposing different solutions for the same problem, situation, or workflow using your knowledge of continuous improvement tools and business requirements.\nCommunicating clearly, providing context, risks, and recommendations, and sharing complete information with the senior leadership team and other stakeholders for the best outcomes.\nExecuting multiple projects at one time that span multiple teams. \nWhat Kind of Folks Are We Looking for?\nPeople with a passion for continuous process improvement, and experience pursuing operational excellence by moving projects from ideation through to successful implementation. \nExceptional interpersonal skills. You’ll need to take the initiative and be comfortable doing so. \nThe Specifics\nPassion for continuous improvement a must; 3 years of process improvement experience \nBachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or business preferred\nDemonstrated knowledge of lean production systems; proven history of successful lean implementation; proficiency with continuous improvement processes and tools.\nDemonstrated experience in creating and communicating process flow maps, root cause analysis, new process introduction, and change management.\nSo What About the Perks?
