Join us and help build the future of global investing!\nAbout the Role\nAs a Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving releases and deliverables across high-impact initiatives. Operating within a Scaled Agile environment, you'll manage complex dependencies, ensuring seamless execution from planning to end-user adoption. This role requires team-building skills, as well as close collaboration with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver holistic and scalable solutions. You’ll join a high-performing Product Development team at DriveWealth, focused on building best-in-class investing infrastructure that powers global fintechs and banks. This team drives strategic initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring that our products meet the needs of both partners and end-users. We work closely with engineering, operations, and compliance to bring investing products to life in a highly regulated and fast-paced environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nLead and manage scrum teams from strategy through execution and delivery, guidingmulti-phase releases across engineering, product, compliance, and operations\n\nRun crisp and effective agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, refinementsessions, and retrospective activities focused on self-improvement\n\nPrepare scrum teams for quarterly PI Planning, including guiding them through theproduct intake process to create working tasks ready for development\n\nDevelop clear goals and measurable outcomes while maintaining adaptability in a fastpaced, Scaled Agile environment\nFacilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making, ensuring alignment onpriorities and trade-offs across teams\n\nAssist technical leads and senior developers with release planning\nDrive operational excellence across programs and mentor squads on Agile bestpractices\n\nWork within the larger PMO of the organization to raise its level of agile maturity\nCoach teammates along the organizational journey towards agile transformation\nUse data to evaluate progress, highlight risk, and communicate program health to bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nLeverage tools like Jira, Confluence, and G-Suite to manage workflows, reporting, andcommunication\n\nWhat You’ll Need\n7+ years of program management experience, ideally in technical environments withmultiple cross-functional development teams\n\nDeep familiarity with Scaled Agile; CSM or similar Agile certification a plus\nDemonstrated success leading initiatives in fintech, trading, or brokerage verticals\nProven ability to manage dependencies and deliver high-impact releases inenvironments with multiple competing priorities\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience influencing acrosstechnical and business teams\n\nBachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience\nNice to Have, But Not Required\nBackground in brokerage, wealth management, or regulated financial services\nExperience working with APIs and embedded finance platforms\nFamiliarity with money movement, transaction handling, or compliance workflows\nLocation\nThis role is open to candidates in the following locations: Chicago, IL - Hybrid \nThis role is expected to come into the office on a cadence set by the Hiring Manager/Team.\nIf you're not based in one of the locations listed above, this role is not a fit, and we cannot accommodate remote work outside these locations.\nApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. DriveWealth does not sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.\nPay Range: $180,000 USD - $200,000 USD\nWorking at DriveWealth\nWe do our best work when we're in the same room.
