to document inspection results and generate maintenance reports.\nCollaborate with maintenance teams to identify areas for improvement in bike quality and safety.\nTrack and log inspection records using automated tools to maintain an accurate database of bike conditions and repairs.\nCalibrate and configure inspection tools and diagnostic software to ensure they are performing accurately.\nCoordinate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions when inspection standards are not met.\nStay up to date with the latest software developments and tools used in bike inspection and maintenance processes.\nTrain other technicians and team members on the use of new software tools and updated inspection procedures.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.\nProven experience in bike or vehicle inspection with a strong understanding of safety and quality standards.\nProficiency in using diagnostic software tools for inspection and reporting.\nKnowledge of bike mechanics, including brake systems, drive train components, and suspension.\nExcellent attention to detail and the ability to identify mechanical and structural issues.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.\nStrong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nShould be on field travelling. \n2 wheeler with valid driving license\nExcellent negotiation
