optimal mix of vehicles to meet customer demand.\nOperations Management:\nOversee the daily operations of the showroom ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.\nMonitor and control expenses, maintaining budgetary control and maximizing profitability.\nEnsure the proper maintenance and upkeep of the facilities, equipment, and inventory.\nCompliance and Reporting:\nEnsure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to sales.\nPrepare and present regular reports on sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics to senior management.\nPeople Management:\nLead, mentor, and manage the showroom team (CREs, sales staff, and support staff).\nSet performance goals, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.\nCoach and train team members to enhance product knowledge, customer handling, and sales skills.\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with prior management experience in a showroom.\nProven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.\nExcellent customer service, and interpersonal skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nProficiency in computer applications and automotive industry software.\nExcellent communication skills in Kannada, English and
