This is your opportunity to join a dynamic team, collaborating to lead a team to develop and enhance our HRIS systems.\n\nTHE GIG \n\nAs an HR Systems engineer in our Enterprise Technology team, you will :\n\n- Manage and maintain HR systems ensuring they are optimized for performance & reliability\n\n- Work with HR & IT teams to ensure identify systems requirements for HR systems\n\n- Develop & maintain systems interfaces as required between HR systems and the other components of the Enterprise IT landscape\n\n- Troubleshoot HR systems technical issues\n\n- Advise on data structure and integrity\n\n- Provide technical support to colleagues in the HR team\n\nThe Stuff That Sets You Apart :\n\nMust-Have Experience :\n\n- 5+ years working with HR systems such as Dayforce, ATS, workforce management systems etc\n\n- Clear understanding of HR best practices and sound experience in translating those to HR systems requirements\n\n- Proven experience delivering global applicant tracking (ATS) systems\n\n- In depth experience configuring HR systems\n\n- Experience in roll out of HR systems in multiple countries\n\nTechnical Skills :\n\n- 5+ years' experience of Ceridian/Dayforce\n\n- Experience of Workforce Management systems such as StoreForce\n\n- HR Systems Integration\n\n- Experience of API integrations\n\n- Strong background in data security principles with relation to HRIS systems\n\nSoft Skills :\n\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.\n\n- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.\n\n- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.\n\nEducation :\n\nBachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.\n\nWe live and breathe Rebellious Self Expression at Dr. Martens, and there are 3 core values at the heart of it. \n\nThey never stand alone, but work together as a balancing act of rights and responsibilities to support how we work together at DMs. \n\nBE YOURSELF.
